We offer a complete restoration system for EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) & Aged Thermoplastic Olefin (TPO) that can restore the Single-Ply membrane to Like New status!

Conklin’s Single-Ply Membrane roofing systems are made with premium thermoplastic membranes. During installation, membrane rolls are overlapped and welded together to form an exceptionally durable, waterproof, energy-efficient shield that will deliver unsurpassed protection for years to come.

Wash

Pressure wash roof with WAC II

Prime

Prime roof surface with Tack Coat

Reinforce

Reinforce seams with Spunflex embedded in RAPID ROOF III Coating.

Caulk

Apply Seam Grade Kwik Kaulk on all penetrations.

Finish

Apply white Topcoat at approx. 2 gallons per square.
